And that’s exactly correct! The 17DD doesn’t starve you, it just cuts out all the bad stuff and taking you back to the basics.
With each cycle, you re-introduce foods back into your body. [Complex carbs, etc.]
It’s surprisingly easy to do because it still gives you TONS of food choices.
For sugar, you get sugar through yummy fruits. Also, fake sugar. [The book reccomends Truvia] One of my favorite recipes is a sliced up apple, cinnamon and Truvia. Just pop it in the microwave for a minute. YUM.
I would definitely buy the 17DD book if I was you, it has been the best choice of my life.
